Simon is the founder of Tauro Capital Partners and has been one of Australia’s leaders in the changing face of financial services and capital solutions for growing companies.

He is one of the first business owners in financial services to embrace the disintermediation of financial services and the digital age.

Julian is Tauro Capital’s Responsible Manager under its Australian Financial Services License and also a Principal consultant of the firm.

He is a career corporate finance professional with over 30 years of experience including tenure at Potter Partners and Westpac Bank. He is an expert in mergers, acquisitions and divestments.

Sarah graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, Economics and Quantitative Data Analysis.

Sarah has been with the firm for over three years and has co-managed multiple transactions through to success including Progressclaim.com (raising 1 and 2), Alphatise, Sherpa (raising number 1,2 and 3) and Digital Classifieds Group.

Nicholas graduated from RMIT with an Applied Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance, Investments and Economics. He began his career in Corporate Finance at GlaxoSmithKline and has been a key member of Tauro Capital Partners for over two and a half years.

Nick has co-managed multiple successful raisings including Scrunch, Sherpa (raising number 1,2 and 3), Omega Greenpower, Newtecpoly and Foxley Software.
